Sunrock Seaview MENU
Our family has been welcoming guests and sharing food at Sunrock for generations. We cook simple, hearty Greek meals just as we do for family – fresh, local and made with love. Our roots are still very much in the land, including our own vineyards, where we continue to produce our homemade Sunrock wine.
Breakfast is always included with your stay, and lunch and dinner are served daily overlooking the sea. Any additional meals and drinks can simply be added to your room tab and settled at the end of your stay.

The story of Vrachos
Vrachos means “rock” in Greek and is the name our family has long used for this land – the home of Sunrock. For generations, our family has cared for these 10 acres of vineyards and olive groves, growing grapes, olives and seasonal vegetables using traditional and organic practices.
Spyros tends to the vines of our family vineyard, which has been passed down for around 80 years, producing our own wine from organically grown grapes. Our olives are harvested seasonally to make Vrachos Organic Olive Oil, the same olive oil we use in our kitchen.
The kitchen may have changed over the years, but the recipes haven’t. Our chef cooks from Madalena’s family recipes, keeping the simple, home-cooked Greek flavours that have always been part of Sunrock. It’s the food our family grew up with, and the food we’re proud to share with our guests today.
Vrachos is more than the farm – it is our family’s land, our history, and a part of what Sunrock is today.
And as we say in Greece, “Yamas!” – to our health!
