Established in 1986 by Spyros, Sunrock is a family-run stay overlooking the beautiful Pelekas Beach and Ionian Sea on Corfu’s west coast. Now, forty years later, a new generation of our family is carrying Sunrock forward, while keeping the warm, personal hospitality that has always been at its heart.
Our roots here run deep. The family’s Vrachos land, vineyards and olive groves have been passed down through generations, and we still produce our own wine and olive oil today. From home-style Greek food and sunset dinners to slow days by the sea, Sunrock is a place to relax, explore and experience a more personal side of Corfu.

There’s something special about sunset on Corfu’s west coast – at Sunrock, golden hour really is golden. As the sun drops over the Ionian Sea, the whole hillside, terrace and beach are washed in warm evening light. Grab a cold beer, cocktail or a glass of our own wine, find your favourite spot and watch the colours change as the sun disappears into the sea.
Days here are made for slowing down – swimming in the clear Ionian water, exploring Pelekas, or simply doing very little at all. Stay for golden hour, linger over dinner and enjoy Corfu at its own pace.
